We at MCC Noble Park are passionate about obeying the Bible and seeing EVERY member of the body of Christ maturing and growing up into the fullness of Christ. We obey the Bible by recognizing and submitting to the 5 fold ministry gifts, and our Apostolic leadership listen keenly to the Holy Ghost for recognition, ordaining and releasing ministers.
Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
As part of our MCC discipleship training and preparation for ministry, we host annual Missions Trips to our interstate church plants. A team of up to 10 disciples fly to our QLD church plants and for 9-10 days watch, listen, support, fellowship with interstate disciples, host Gospel rallies, run church/evangelistic meetings, preach, teach, prophesy, witness, lay hands on the sick and learn many Holy Ghost effective discipleship and church planting lessons.
These Missions Trips provide the team with an awesome opportunity to see the work of the Gospel at large, to learn precious Holy Ghost lessons from ground zero church planters, to get in and activate all the 9 gifts of the Spirit in their ministry to others, to support church planters by hosting Gospel rallies and evangelizing in their areas, to get their eyes beyond their own discipleship and onto the big picture of Global Kingdom Domination etc etc etc
